I still remember that first Apple computer my elementary school bought way back in '75, the kind with the green screen and those old floppy disks.  And all the teachers kept making such a HUGE deal out of ***not*** scratching the floppy disk, or you'd destroy the computer...

We were prepared to expect computers to be used all over by the 80s, 90s, etc, but I had no idea emailing was in existence as far back as '71.  Really?  It's amazing because right now we're at that stage in genetic engineering, you know what I mean?  Makes you wonder what's going to be an everyday reality twenty years from now.
