I was surprised to find the law easily. I do wonder about those anonymous messengers and I am sure everyone else does it too. Also, I wonder how a person who’s a victim of a stalker will be protected if he/she has to reveal his/her identity? It was my first thought when reading this post and prompted me to research on it. Suppose I said that someone's vulgar language annoys me, does that obligate them by law to reveal themselves? In any case, I doubt the government will have the time or resources to enforce this law.
