The only line it runs is along M street from Dupont Circle to Rossyln Metro. You can get on the bus from Dupont Circle stop (about one block south of the south side of Dupont Metro exit) and get off at either the 29th or 30th street stop. Then walk about a block down towards the river. Or you can take the DC Circulator bus from Union Station, with many stops along K street until it makes a left on 21st or 22nd Street. Then it crosses over the circle and continues down M street and makes a right on Wisconsin Avenue all the way until the Safeway store.
