This franchise serve one of most worst pizzas ever I consume. The California Pizzas had their frozen pizza products in many grocery stores nowaday. When I was a student at Gallaudet in the 70's. Armand’s Pizza on Wis Avenue was simply top-notch. It was a great place to grab a bite to eat before going to the foreign movies.
