As a result, his life and my family's life has been in turmoil. If in fact, the story about Kitty Fischer is true and Jane Fernandes did this as a money-saving measure, not only should she be resigned or removed from her position, but she should go to hell. Leaders have the duty to do what is best for the community and creating uncertainty and lack of stability for employees with seniority is no way to retain good people.
