I've been blogging about Apple for a while and I'm glad to see they're making steps in the right direction for the deaf and hard of hearing communities. Honestly, I think it is up to companies like Apple, Amazon and other downloadable video services to strongly encourage the "content providers" to distribute their content with closed captions.
